"Dobyakuzuku", produced in Guangxi Prov., is the fruit of Alpinia sp. - In case of "Baidoukou" (Jap. name: Byakuzuku), the seeds, pericarps (Zukukaku) as well as flowers (Zukuka) are also used in similar ways. | |||||
