| Remarks | The Chinese Pharmacopoeia defines the mature fruit of Leonurus japonicus (Jap. Name: Mehajiki) as the origin of Chongweizi. This medicinal effect is about equal to "Yimucao" (益母草), which is the whole plant of Chongweizi. Overuse (about 30g) may lead to generalized collapse and toxicity. | ||||||
