Common uses | Swellings: It matures the hot swellings. Joints: Its decoction should be taken orally in gout. It is mainly used for the weakness of stomach or weak digestion. It is useful for flatulence in the stomach. It is beneficial for nausea. Being stomachic seeds are also useful in neuralgia and gonorrhoea/gonorrhea. It is also good in the congestion of the liver. It reduces inflammations. It is diuretic and emmenagogue. It is useful in uteralgia. | |||||
Side effect | It has been mentioned as harmful for intestines in large doses. It is plastered with sweet basil on scorpion sting. It produces heaviness, headache and sleep. | |||||
